Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Graphic Designer. This is not a remote or freelance role; we need a team player who can collaborate in real-time with our marketing and management teams.

You will be responsible for end-to-end content creation—from brainstorming ideas in the conference room to shooting content on-site and designing high-quality visuals that align with our brand goals.

Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Content Creation: actively participate in product shoots and coordinate with the team to capture raw content for social media.
• Graphic Design: Create professional graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and internal company requirements using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Video Editing (Reels/Shorts): Edit engaging short-form videos daily, utilizing trending audio and effects to drive engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visuals align with H.V Global Pvt Ltd’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the marketing team to execute campaigns for product launches, festive offers, and corporate announcements.

Requirements

• Work Mode: Must be willing to work On-Site (Full Time) 5.5 days a week .(Strictly No WFH/Freelancers).
• Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or social media management.
• Tools: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro/After Effects.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives and video editing skills.
• Location: Candidate must be based in or willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
