Graphics Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 3 years of professional experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who can translate ideas into impactful designs across digital and print platforms. You should have a strong portfolio, solid understanding of design principles, and experience collaborating with marketing, product, or content teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, email newsletters, and more.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, packaging, business cards, and event graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and developers to align design work with brand and business goals.
• Work within brand guidelines to create visuals that reinforce a company’s brand and message.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development.
• Edit and retouch images as needed.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency or in-house setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and print design.
• Excellent sense of layout, color theory, typography, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Animation and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Experience designing for e-commerce or mobile apps.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
