Job Title: Senior Graphic & Visual Content Designer Location: Nehru Place, New Delhi CTC: ₹15–20 LPA Employment Type: Full-time, On-site About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic & Visual Content Designer with 5+ years of experience , preferably from the cosmetics or beauty industry . The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of brand storytelling through design, especially in the beauty and lifestyle space, and will help elevate our visual identity across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver high-quality visual content —including static graphics, digital ads, packaging creatives, and video/motion graphics —aligned with our brand vision. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to develop campaigns tailored to the cosmetics/beauty segment . Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all visual touchpoints. Develop packaging mockups, product visuals, and influencer-focused content with a strong aesthetic sense suited to the beauty domain. Stay updated with industry trends in beauty/cosmetics to help shape creative direction and campaigns. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining top-notch quality. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of graphic and visual content design experience , with at least 2+ years in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industry . Expertise in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) . Strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility across static and motion content specifically geared toward beauty and personal care products . Excellent understanding of aesthetic trends, color theory, and visual storytelling . Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be a presentable and detail-oriented individual , capable of aligning creative output with business strategy.
