Job Summary:

Graphic & Video Editor

real estate branding/marketing

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media creatives.
Edit and deliver high-quality video content such as walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, ads, and brand campaigns.
Add
motion graphics, transitions & sound effects,
to enhance video impact.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Adapt designs and videos for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
Stay up-to-date with the latest
design & editing trends
, including AI tools and automation.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva
Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
Strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with
AI-assisted tools
for design and editing.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

Knowledge of
Figma, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Filmora
, VFX and other editing plug-ins.
Experience in real estate marketing and branding.
