Key Requirements • 3–6 years of proven social media marketing experience, ideally in the Real Estate / Property sector. • Strong understanding of real estate buyer personas and audience engagement strategies, particularly in Dubai/UAE markets. • Excellent command of LinkedIn content strategy for professional branding and authority- building.• Hands-on expertise with AI-driven content tools and analytics platforms. • A creative storyteller with outstanding copywriting, content ideation, and visual strategy skills. • Ability to design and execute organic growth strategies while aligning with lead generation KPIs. • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns and integration with organic content. • Strong communication, time management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in both visual design and video production , with hands-on experience in delivering impactful creatives across digital and print platforms. From designing social media campaigns and brand collaterals to editing dynamic video content with motion graphics, this role requires a perfect blend of storytelling, technical skills, and design sense. Experience in real estate branding/marketing and familiarity with AI-powered creative tools will be considered a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and social media creatives. Edit and deliver high-quality video content such as walkthroughs, testimonials, reels, ads, and brand campaigns. Add motion graphics, transitions & sound effects, to enhance video impact. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to align visuals with campaign goals. Adapt designs and videos for multiple platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency. Stay up-to-date with the latest design & editing trends , including AI tools and automation. Required Skills: Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects Strong sense of visual storytelling, design aesthetics, and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for design and editing.
