Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Team Lead located in Ahmedabad. The Graphic Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and art direction of graphic design projects, leading a team of designers, managing branding initiatives, and ensuring that project goals and timelines are met. Day-to-day tasks will include supervising design execution, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining the quality and consistency of visual materials.

• Team Leadership and Project Management experience
• Experience in Branding design and strategy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in design software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus
