Job Description

Designation: Graphic Designer

Required Exp. 3 years Minimum

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Creativity and Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and come up with visually appealing designs
Communication Skills: Effective communication to understand client briefs and translate them into visual concepts.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in design work
Knowledge of Design Principles: Understanding of fundamental design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition
Familiarity with Emerging Tools: Staying updated with evolving technology and learning new tools like Sketch, Figma, or Canva
Visual Storytelling: Ability to tell a story through designs, engaging audiences and conveying messages
Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with clients, teams, and stakeholders
Continuous Learning: Staying relevant by pursuing online courses, attending workshops, and joining design communities

Some key software skills include:

Adobe Photoshop: Photo editing, retouching, and digital art creation.
Adobe Illustrator: Vector graphics, logos, and illustrations.
Adobe InDesign: Layout and publishing for print and digital media.
Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD: Web design and user interface design.
Video Editing: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
