Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Communication & Promotion

  • Leverage networking channelscustomers, industry influencers, partners—to support growth via targeted communication strategies.
  • Organize and lead seminars, customer trainings, and promotional events.
  • Craft and distribute commercial & technical newsletters, announcements, and updates.
  • Drive lead generation activities through content and outreach campaigns.

Event Management

  • Plan, design and execute

    in-person and virtual events

    , including tradeshows, webinars, and customer engagements.
  • Oversee

    event budgets

    ; coordinate internal processes with stakeholders.
  • Partner with vendors, agencies, and third parties to deliver events effectively.
  • Develop event collateral, digital campaigns, social media content, and lead capture programs.
  • Manage costs, logistics, timelines, and cross-functional coordination for seamless execution.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Own development and maintenance of the

    corporate website

    —blogs, case studies, pages—with SEO alignment.
  • Work with digital advertising partners to optimize online performance.
  • Engage audiences effectively via

    Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter

    , and other platforms.
  • Create a wide range of content: corporate profiles, executive briefs, presentations, brochures, videos, email campaigns, and more.
  • Maintain brand style guides, templates, tone/voice standards, and visual identity across mediums.
  • Manage creative contractors—designers, writers, editors—for effective content production.

Market Intelligence & Analytics

  • Collect, analyse, and apply insights from market data, competitor intelligence, and customer behaviours.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, growth opportunities, and portfolio gaps.
  • Monitor product performance and competitor activity to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Track campaign performance (leads, engagement, ROI), provide monthly forecasts, and optimize accordingly.

Strategic & Product Support

  • Support product management and development teams with marketing insights.
  • Ensure alignment of communication strategies with overall business , geographical ( domestic & international) and product objectives.
  • Developing all product information materials , packaging & branding designs.

Budget & Stakeholder Management

  • Maintain accountability for marketing budget, forecasts, and monthly spend accuracy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with functional heads, technical specialists, marketing/sales, and external agencies.
  • Oversee vendor joint-marketing programs and internal communication initiatives.
  • Align MarCom efforts with internal stakeholders and external partners for cohesive messaging.

Brand, PR & Crisis Communication

  • Ensure all marketing materials conform to

    brand identity

    and corporate standards.
  • Manage PR activities, media relations, press releases, and crisis communications strategy
  • Coordinate media inquiries and build connections with journalists and influencers.
  • Manage all internal communication for all group companies

Campaign Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Plan, execute, and optimize

    integrated marketing campaigns

    across channels (web, email, social, events).
  • Manage campaign timelines, resource allocation, and agency partnerships.
  • Set clear KPIs, measure effectiveness, and apply data-driven optimizations.
  • Share best practices, learnings, and scale successful initiatives across teams/globally
