As Graphic Designer / Webflow Developer you will be gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building navigation components. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design in Webflow and other design tools. Ultimately, you will create both functional and appealing graphics that address our needs and help us grow our customer base. Responsibilities Working in coordination with product managers and engineers to develop interactive designs and continuously find ways to enhance its own designs and implementation. Create design process by creating sketches, wire-frames, navigation flow charts, photoshop mockups and interactive prototypes Understand requirements and translate them into efficient UI design Participate in user research & usability testing whenever required Create user personas, User journey, Information architecture Stay abreast with the latest UX design practices for mobile applications. Understand material design concepts and have worked on them Work on all platforms (Website, android app, iOS app) Work closely with technology team to analyze and improve the product performance and conversion Create responsive and visually appealing web designs that meet product requirements and brand identity. Collaborate with the internal team to gather requirements, provide design solutions, and present design concepts. Develop and maintain websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality, pixel-perfect designs. Optimize websites for performance, speed, and user experience. Stay updated on design and industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions to the team. Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and make necessary adjustments. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers. Implement design best practices, including responsive web design and accessibility standards. Requirements 3+ years of Webflow design experience, preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. Think conceptually using techniques like storyboards, sketching and user-centered approach to requirements and interdependencies to develop engaging interfaces Think visually Should have an eye for pixel perfection and should know the concepts of Gestalts Principles Expertise in standard UI/UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Axure, Marvel will be an addon Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Equivalent degree in Design is preferable Benefits: Best in Industry Salary Health Insurance Industry Type: Software Product Department: Design- Software Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Software Development
