Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst with expertise in the healthcare software industry, particularly in Order Management Systems (OMS). The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the field. As a Product Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our OMS, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of healthcare providers and organizations. Responsibilities: Product Analysis and Strategy: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to define product goals, objectives, and strategies aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, focusing on order management processes and related software solutions. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer support to gather and prioritize requirements. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, enhancements, and updates. Product Development and Implementation: Serve as a subject matter expert during the development lifecycle, providing guidance on feature feasibility, usability, and scalability. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interface designs. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to ensure product quality and alignment with requirements. Data Analysis and Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze product performance metrics, user behavior, and usage patterns. Identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement based on data-driven insights. Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. Customer Engagement and Support: Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide expert support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on best practices. Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree preferred. Proven experience (5 Years and above) as a Product Analyst or similar role in the healthcare software industry, with a focus on Order Management Systems. In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7). Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA) for project management and collaboration. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a customer-centric mindset.
