About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who specializes in editing content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling, keeping up with the latest digital trends, and delivering engaging video content that resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities
● Edit and produce short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional clips.
● Create engaging posters, motion graphics to support campaigns.
● Edit long-form videos into bite-sized highlights suitable for social media.
● Collaborate with the marketing and content team to bring creative concepts to life.
● Ensure all edits are optimized for various social media platforms (aspect ratio, subtitles, branding).
● Stay updated with current trends, transitions, and viral formats in digital media.
● Add music, effects, text animations, and graphics to enhance storytelling.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong social media portfolio.
● Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
● Experience in motion graphics, basic animation.
● Understanding of social media algorithms, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
● Knowledge and practical use of the latest AI-based tools for video editing, graphics, and content enhancement.
● Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual storytelling skills.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
