Job Summary:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor with atleast 1 year of experience who can independently create impactful and professional designs for our internal requirements as well as for client deliverables. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and developing various graphic elements such as Social Media Posts, Carousels, Content, Photo Editing, logos, branding materials, and typographic designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing and digital content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design impactful visuals for presentations, reports, proposals, marketing collaterals, and digital campaigns.
• Create professional infographics, charts, and branding elements aligned with guidelines.
• Develop designs for web, social media, and print, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple design projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Edit and produce podcasts, reels/shorts, and video snippets for digital platforms.
• Add subtitles, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance videos.
• Repurpose long-form content into short, engaging formats for social media.
• Maintain quality in both visuals and audio while suggesting creative improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor (corporate/consulting environment preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and brand communication.
• Experience in presentations, infographics, and corporate-style visuals.
• Skilled in video editing, podcast editing, and social media content creation.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, transitions, and audio enhancement.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with strong time management.
