Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 3–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a highly skilled visual storyteller with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both graphic design and video editing. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities: Design engaging and on-brand graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, website assets, banners, brochures, and presentations. Conceptualize and create video content from start to finish, including storyboarding, editing, color grading, and sound design, to deliver compelling and visually stunning videos. Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to develop design strategies that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives. Edit and repurpose existing assets to create short-form videos, GIFs, animations, and other visual content optimized for social media platforms. Assist in the development of creative assets for advertising, including video ads, display ads, and email marketing visuals. Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all platforms by adhering to brand standards and design principles. Stay up-to-date with the latest design and video trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our visual content is relevant and impactful. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both areas Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software) Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition Excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual content Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with motion graphics, animation, and 3D design Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective visual requirements Basic Knowledge of website HTML and coding is a plus.
