Graphic Designer – Learning & Development (L&D)

Responsibility

• Design and develop high-quality, visually appealing training videos and e-learning content aligned with learning objectives.
• Create graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance comprehension, retention, and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with L&D specialists, subject matter experts, and instructional designers to understand training requirements and translate them into creative visual solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design, tone, and branding across all training materials.
• Edit and enhance video content, including adding transitions, overlays, captions, and effects to ensure clarity and professionalism.
• Optimize content for various formats (e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, mobile learning, etc.).
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies relevant to educational content creation.
• Ensure timely delivery of video assets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field.
• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, preferably in a training or educational context.
• Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva Pro, or other relevant platforms.
• Strong storytelling ability and understanding of instructional design principles.
• Excellent visual communication and typography skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Time management and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in creating e-learning or corporate training videos.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and content upload processes.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and interactive design.
• Experience with voice-over editing, subtitles, and multilingual content adaptation.
