Job Overview We’re looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong command of design principles, video editing, and content creation across digital platforms, especially social media and reels. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a flair for motion graphics, and the ability to turn ideas into compelling visuals that align with our brand. Responsibilities: Design and create visually stunning graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print materials, including but not limited to social media posts, website assets, email campaigns, infographics, and marketing collateral. Develop animated content such as explainer videos, reels, motion graphics, GIFs, and visual effects to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience preferences. Conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating creative briefs into visually appealing designs and animations that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually innovate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual content. Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all assets, maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and software in graphics design and video editing. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. Provide creative input, constructive feedback, and collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and deliver exceptional results. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender, Maya). Experienced in social media posts, reels, billboards, print collaterals and banners. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment, adapting to feedback and incorporating revisions as needed.
