Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can craft high-impact visuals, reels, and video content for political campaigns. You will work closely with campaign managers, content strategists, and social media teams to deliver engaging visual communication that resonates with the masses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing political posters, banners, flyers, and social media creatives.
• Create short-form and long-form videos, including reels, speeches, interviews, and campaign highlights.
• Edit raw footage and audio into polished videos for use across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
• Develop motion graphics, animated elements, and infographics.
• Maintain visual consistency and brand identity across campaigns.
• Stay updated on political trends, regional sentiments, and opposition narratives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in graphic design & video editing, preferably in the political or news/media domain.
• Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Understanding of political discourse, regional nuances, and election dynamics is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi, English, and regional languages (Punjabi, Bhojpuri, etc.) will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualities:

• Passion for politics and public affairs.
• Willingness to travel during campaigns (if required).
• A portfolio showcasing political or cause-based design/editing work.
