About the Position: Graphic Designer
Statcon Powtech Private Limited is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong visual design skills, a passion for branding, and the ability to transform technical concepts into compelling visuals for both digital and print media.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design engaging graphics, infographics, and creatives for marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
• Develop layouts for brochures, product catalogs, presentations, case studies, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create visually appealing assets for digital platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and engineering teams to convert complex product features into impactful visual stories.
• Support video production with motion graphics, thumbnails, and creative design elements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and audience engagement patterns to deliver innovative concepts.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets for campaigns and branding initiatives.
• Contribute to campaign performance tracking by creating visually clear reports and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field (engineering background is a plus for better product understanding).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of creative work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar.
• Knowledge of video editing/motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or CapCut is an advantage.
• Strong sense of visual aesthetics, branding, typography, and layout design.
• Familiarity with social media formats, digital marketing creatives, and SEO-friendly design principles.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
