Graphic Designer trainee

About the Role

Graphic Design Trainee

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of digital assets such as social media posts, banners, emailers, and campaign creatives
Support design adaptations, resizing, and template-based production work
Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for brand and marketing campaigns
Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to meet project timelines
Stay updated with latest design trends and tools

Skills & Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or relevant field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus)
Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
Portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects (mandatory)
