Graphic Designer Trainee

As a Graphic Designer Trainee, you’ll assist in creating engaging visuals for digital and print media. You’ll learn to turn rough ideas into professional graphics that communicate clearly and look great — all while developing your design instincts and software skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in designing banners, posters, social media creatives, infographics, and UI assets.
2. Support the UI/UX team in designing app/web screens, icons, and illustrations.
3. Work with marketing to develop visuals for campaigns, events, and announcements.
4. Maintain design consistency across brand materials.
5. Learn and apply design principles like typography, color balance, and layout.
6. Prepare files for print and digital publication.
7. Collaborate with developers and content writers to align visuals with message tone.

Skills You’ll Learn / Use

• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva (bonus: After Effects or Premiere Pro).
• Design basics: color theory, font pairing, visual hierarchy, responsive design.
• Asset optimization for web and mobile.
• Working in agile or sprint-based teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Basic understanding of design tools (portfolio or sample work preferred).
• Strong willingness to learn and attention to detail.
