What You ll Do:

Design high-impact CRM creatives that improve engagement.

Create visually appealing and conversion-friendly email templates.

Work with the CRM team to align design with content strategy.

Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Optimize designs based on user behavior and data insights.

Create templates and design systems for faster execution.

Job Requirement

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Experience designing for CRM (email, push, WhatsApp) is a plus

Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and UI/UX principles

Ability to balance aesthetics with performance-driven design

Motion graphics or basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus
