Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at National Pen, you will collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives. Your responsibilities will include developing visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums, designing branding materials like logos and brochures, and creating layouts for web and mobile platforms to ensure user-friendly experiences. You will need to maintain consistency in visual branding, adhere to brand guidelines, and utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality designs. Presenting design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, producing infographics and illustrations, and aligning design with promotional objectives in collaboration with marketing and content teams will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with proven experience as a Graphic Designer supported by a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential, as well as a strong understanding of design principles and best practices. Experience with UI/UX design is a plus, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration within a team environment. Attention to detail, time management, organizational skills, and creative problem-solving abilities will be key to managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Your ability to accept and incorporate constructive criticism, understanding of print production processes, familiarity with web design tools and techniques, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies are also crucial for success in this role.
