Graphic Designer - Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Presentation Design & Development:

oDesign, develop, and refine high-impact presentations for various internal and external stakeholders (e.g., executive summaries, marketing pitches, training materials, reports).

oTranslate raw data, text, and concepts into engaging and easy-to-understand visual narratives.

oEnsure all presentations adhere to brand guidelines, consistency, and a professional aesthetic.

oOptimize presentations for different delivery methods (e.g., live presentations, webinars, print).

• Graphics Design:

oCreate a wide range of graphic design assets, including but not limited to:

•Infographics

•Charts and graphs

•Icons

•Illustrations

•Social media graphics

•Marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, banners, etc.)

oMaintain a consistent visual identity across all design projects.

• Repository Management (SharePoint):

oEstablish and maintain a well-organized and easily accessible repository of presentation templates, graphic assets, and design files within SharePoint.

oImplement and enforce file naming conventions and version control best practices.

oProvide guidance and support to team members on accessing and utilizing shared resources.

• Tool Proficiency & Efficiency:

oLeverage advanced features within Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) for graphic design and layout.

oUtilize Microsoft Office Suite (primarily PowerPoint, Word, Excel) to create and enhance presentations and documents.

oStay updated with the latest design trends, software advancements, and best practices.

• Collaboration & Communication:

oWork closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and leadership.

oEffectively communicate design concepts and rationale to non-designers.

oManage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
