Job Title: Graphic Designer & Video Editor – Paid Internship (Fresher) Location: [Your Location / Remote or Hybrid] Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000 per month Duration: 6 Months (Opportunity for full-time role after internship) About the RoleWe are looking for a creative fresher who is passionate about design, videos, and storytelling. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real projects and get on-job training in graphic design and video editing for social media, branding, ads, and more. If you love experimenting with visuals, editing clips, and bringing ideas to life through design and motion – this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media (Reels, YouTube, Ads, etc.) Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, and effects using Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro Sync audio, music, voiceovers, and basic sound design for videos Graphic Design Design social media posts, thumbnails, banners, ads, and basic brand collaterals using Photoshop and Illustrator Follow brand guidelines, fonts, and color themes Create visually appealing layouts for presentations, carousels, and campaigns Creative Support Brainstorm visual ideas with the content/marketing team Adapt and repurpose existing content into new formats (reels, quotes, carousels, snippets, etc.) Stay updated with current design & video trends on Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms What We Offer (On-Job Training)You will receive structured on-job training in: Video editing workflow for content, ads, and personal branding Motion graphics and animation basics in After Effects Social media design fundamentals (for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) Branding, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling Working on real client/internal projects with feedback and mentorship High performers may be offered a full-time job after successful completion of the 6-month internship.
