Role Description

Graphic designers use their creativity, technical skills, and design expertise to craft compelling visual concepts that resonate with a target audience. They specialize in creating visual designs for marketing materials, brochures, signage, social media, websites, and more. Collaborating with team members with an upbeat, positive attitude—including other studio members and marketing teams—graphic designers ensure that all materials align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

This role requires proficiency in design software such as Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite, along with a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, all of which help streamline the production process.

Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and an eagerness to contribute to a fast-paced creative environment are key to success in this role.

Shift : Night Shift (7:30pm - 3:30am)

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials.

   Create graphics for projects including brand identity, consumer brochures, signage, social media content, eBlasts, websites, and more.

• Collaborate with team members.

   Work closely with other studio members, creative directors, and the marketing team to ensure cohesive visual concepts. Communication via WhatsApp and Monday.com is required.

• Design execution.

   Use tools like Figma, Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Canva for template creation is a strong bonus.

• Typography and color theory.

   Apply expert knowledge of fonts, color schemes, and design principles to produce beautiful and well-organized visuals.

• Maintain brand consistency.

   Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining quality and organization across all client-facing materials.

• Concept development.

   Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute compelling ideas that align with client goals and audience needs.

• Deadline management.

   Effectively manage time to deliver quality work on schedule and embrace constructive feedback to improve designs through each stage.

Must-Have Skills

• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work.
• Technical proficiency in Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
