The Opportunity

We're seeking a Graphic Designer to join our in-house team and bring AMINU's visual language to life across digital and offline touchpoints. This isn't just about making things look good it's about making them feel right.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks are not limited to and will evolve based on capability and team needs but will include:

Design & Motion:

• Create visual content for

  social media

  ,

  emailers

  ,

  presentations

  , and

  web

  .
• Design for

  product packaging

  ,

  print assets

  , and internal brand material.
• Animate / edit motion graphics using

  After Effects

  or

  Premiere Pro

  for reels and campaigns.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Translate creative briefs and strategy into visual narratives and design assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, founders, and content teams for aligned storytelling.
• Participate in campaign brainstorming and contribute visual POVs that push quality forward.

Craft & Timelines:

• Adhere to brand guidelines while evolving AMINU's design system with nuance.
• Deliver high-quality design work within set timelines quality is non-negotiable, speed is contextual.
• Maintain organized files and clean handoffs for cross-functional use.

What You'll Bring

• 12 years of experience as a graphic designer or visual content creator
• Strong proficiency in

  Photoshop

  ,

  Figma

  , and either

  After Effects

  or

  Premiere Pro

• Solid foundation in

  typography

  ,

  composition

  , and

  brand systems

• Comfort with a fast-paced content rhythm without sacrificing design integrity
• A self-directed, problem-solving mindset you don't wait for follow-ups
• Ability to receive, integrate, and grow from feedback with calm precision

Work Setup

• Location: On-site at AMINU HQ, Kandivali West, Mumbai
• Schedule: MondaySaturday, 10 AM 7 PM
• Early log-offs are welcome when your work is complete just sync with your manager
