About the Role:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a strong understanding of beauty aesthetics and consumer trends. The role requires hands-on experience in social media design, e-commerce creatives and packaging adaptation. The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, understands brand consistency and can translate briefs into polished, high-impact visuals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Create e-commerce assets including PDP banners, A+ content, SKU creatives, thumbnails and platform-specific layouts.
  • Support packaging design across formats—cartons, sleeves, labels and artwork adaptations—ensuring print accuracy.
  • Maintain visual consistency across campaigns, product lines and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs.
  • Adapt global assets to the Indian market while maintaining brand identity.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, printers and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage multiple projects with quick turnarounds and strong attention to detail.
  • Stay updated on beauty design trends, competitor styling and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, FMCG or lifestyle category.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects is a plus).
  • Experience designing for social media, e-commerce and packaging is

  • Strong understanding of colour, typography, composition and beauty aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end design delivery.
  • Basic knowledge of print production, dielines and packaging specifications.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing beauty/ FMCG or lifestyle design work.
