Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across digital and print platforms to effectively communicate the company’s brand message. The role requires a strong understanding of design principles, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design engaging graphics for digital platforms (social media posts, website banners, emailers, ads, etc.) and print media (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.).
• Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to understand design briefs and deliver creative solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs and communications.
• Create layouts, illustrations, infographics, and presentations as required.
• Edit and retouch images for campaigns and marketing material.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines and deliver high quality outputs on time.
• Collaborate with external vendors (printers, agencies, etc.) to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, & XD.
• Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an added advantage.
• Strong creativity and visual imagination with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Experience:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design (experience in the real estate sector is a plus, if applicable).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
