About the Role

Creative Designer

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

• Design web and app interfaces, user journeys, and dashboards using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation and design consistency.
• Optimize layouts and usability for smooth user experiences.

Graphic & Poster Design

• Create posters, cards, banners, and campaign creatives for Instagram, website, and ads.
• Design brand materials, brochures, and digital collaterals aligned with Rentkar’s visual identity.
• Work on product and category visuals for Rentkar’s website.

3D & Illustration

• Build 3D product renders, animation-ready scenes, and creative compositions using Blender.
• Use illustration and sketching skills to ideate characters, props, and visual storyboards.
• Integrate hand-drawn or AI-generated artwork into campaigns.

Video Editing & Motion Graphics

• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, and YouTube using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Add motion graphics, animated titles, and visual transitions to elevate storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for concept-based ad edits.

Generative AI & Creative Innovation

• Use tools like Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, and Leonardo for concept generation and asset enhancement.
• Experiment with AI-assisted workflows to speed up ideation and post-production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or motion design.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, XD).
• Working knowledge of

  Figma

  , and generative AI tools.
• Strong sense of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple creative projects and deliver under tight timelines.

Bonus Skills

• Video editing for campaigns and product reels.
