Graphic Designer

Role Overview: Raise is dedicated to providing exceptional products, an outstanding user experience, and top-notch customer service to its users. The organization's first step was the launch of the Investment & Trading platform, Dhan. As a Graphic Designer at Raise, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the company across various channels such as Product, Apps, Web, Social Media, Online, and Offline. Your responsibilities will include designing creative marketing and product materials, collaborating with different teams, ensuring the quality of work, and enhancing customer experience through interactive graphic designs. Key Responsibilities: - Planning concepts by researching relevant information and materials. - Creating illustrations by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style for approval. - Producing finished art using necessary equipment and software. - Coordinating with internal teams like designers, product, web, growth, and marketing as needed. - Contributing to team efforts by completing tasks as required. - Communicating with clients regarding layout and design. - Developing a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using tools like Photoshop. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. - Minimum of 2-5 years of successful professional design experience, preferably in a consumer startup product company, digital agency, or in-house design team. - Proficiency in desktop publishing tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. - Experience with tools such as Figma, Zeplin, and other design development tools is essential. - Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through effective design. - Ability to present concepts and guide internal teams towards the right solutions. - Excellent eye for visual composition. - Deep understanding of Web/app/visual/illustrations/art design processes. - Knowledge of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Creative flair, conceptual ability, originality, and a user system interaction mindset. - Up to date with the latest app, mobile, and web trends, techniques, and technologies in design evolution.
