Key Responsibilities: - Conceptualizing designs based on relevant information and materials. - Creating visual examples of art arrangements, size, and style for approval. - Using necessary equipment and software to prepare finished art. - Coordinating with internal teams like designers, product, web, growth, and marketing. - Contributing to team efforts and accomplishing tasks as required. - Communicating with clients to understand layout and design requirements. - Developing a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, logos, and websites using tools like Photoshop. - Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements when necessary. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field. - 2-5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a consumer startup product company or digital agency. - Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. - Experience with design development tools like Figma, Zeplin, and others. - Strong portfolio demonstrating effective design solutions to business problems. - Ability to present concepts and guide internal teams towards the right solution. - Deep knowledge of web, app, visual, illustrations, and art design processes. - Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design. - Creative flair, visual ability, and originality with a focus on user interaction. - Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in app, mobile, and web design. Key Responsibilities: Taking compete responsibility for ideating, visualizing, and creating new, innovative ideas & design campaigns for all relevant sales channels both in the offline and online space keeping in mind the required timelines for each of the projects and brands ethos and language. The knowledge about campaigns in both Print and digital mediums including social media and digital media. Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs. Layout key guidelines to be followed for brand assets and elements across platforms - digital, offline, Parlors, and aggregators. Ensure uniformity of all branding elements with respect to colour palate, font style, design language, etc Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the marketing team. Help layout a detailed social media grid pattern and design language (colour scheme, brand tonality, font style, etc) Designing digital ads that help in maximizing the efficacy of the campaign. The ability to create packaging design and printing and development knowledge to be able to close the project - check all digital proofs, cylinder proofs and sample proofs for colours and overall design. Give approval to proceed to next stage. The ability to coordinate with external agencies, if need be, for some creative requirements (Please note ideally all marketing work is done inhouse for our brand) The candidate must have experience in an advertising agency, specifically with leading FMCG brands in the Food and Beverage category or an FMCG brand. Experience with luxury, international, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Understanding in Graphics, Design and Visual Principles, Design Principles Layouts, Colour, Fonts, Proportions Themes etc. Ability to manage brand shoots from a technicality point of view. We need a self-motivated individual who can take full ownership of projects and manage them end-to-end within agreed-upon timelines

Role Overview We are looking for a creative and technically sound Textile Designer who can design high-quality, seamless digital prints for fabrics, wallpapers, and home textiles. Youll collaborate with production and marketing teams to create artwork that is both visually stunning and production-ready . Key Responsibilities Design seamless repeat patterns for digital and screen printing (fashion, upholstery, wallpapers, home textiles). Develop original artwork based on ethnic, tribal, geometric, and modern global themes. Work hands-on in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate to build refined and production-friendly designs.
