As a visionary Visual Director, you will play a crucial role at the intersection of video direction, art design, and visual styling. In this senior creative leadership position, you will be responsible for defining the entire visual language of our productions. This includes styling sets, costuming characters, and seamlessly blending motion graphics into narratives to elevate the look, feel, and design of every frame we create. Your key responsibilities will involve leading the visual styling and artistic tone of all video productions, developing signature visual aesthetics tailored for brand storytelling, and directing the overall look of shoots, including framing, lighting, and composition with an artistic lens. Furthermore, you will direct selected video shoots with a focus on aesthetics, narrative clarity, and style cohesion, ensuring that all creative outputs meet the defined quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced visual artist or set designer with a background in fine arts, architecture, film design, or fashion styling. You should possess strong directing skills, be deeply fluent in styling, prop design, and mood board development, adept at managing multi-disciplinary creative teams, and have a keen eye for detail and style to ensure that every frame, prop, and outfit effectively tells a story. Preferred backgrounds for this position include film schools specializing in direction/art direction, NID/NIFT, Srishti, or architecture/fine arts institutions. Prior experience as a stylist, set designer, video art director, or creative director in production houses or ad agencies will be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Taking compete responsibility for ideating, visualizing, and creating new, innovative ideas & design campaigns for all relevant sales channels both in the offline and online space keeping in mind the required timelines for each of the projects and brands ethos and language.
