About Race Digital

Race Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with clients across India, UAE, US, UK, and Australia. We specialise in SEO, Paid Ads, Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, and Branding. We are expanding our design team and looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality marketing visuals across social media, ads, websites, and branding projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for social media, ad creatives, landing pages, and brand campaigns.
• Design static creatives, carousels, thumbnails, banners, posters, and story visuals.
• Adapt brand guidelines across multiple platforms consistently.
• Work closely with the marketing, ads, and content team to understand project requirements.
• Produce high-quality creatives with quick turnaround times.
• Collaborate on branding projects (logos, brand kits, packaging, mockups) when required.
• Maintain organized design files and delivery assets.
• Stay updated with design trends and platform-specific styles (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads).

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Figma added bonus).
• Understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and conversion–focused designs.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to take feedback constructively.
• Basic knowledge of social media formats and ad creative specifications.

Good To Have (Optional)

• Experience in branding (logo, brand kits).
• Motion graphics or basic video editing (After Effects / Premier Pro).
• Experience designing for eCommerce, health, real estate, or professional service brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing your best design work (Mandatory for all applicants).
