Graphic Designer- Pharma Digital Production

What Will You Do?

• Figma expertise

  (component-based design, variables, Localization, plug-ins like Content Export)
• Design systems & structuring for localization
• Experience optimizing source creative files for downstream usage
• Create print and digital interactive materials, including PDFs, slide deck presentations, and infographics in static and interactive format.
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding (especially for email assets, banners)
• Ability to collaborate with designers, content leads & dev teams

What Will You Need?

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Figma tool to create, Localize, and adapt.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing static/motion designs across print and digital mediums.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and PowerPoint.
• Working experience to produce assets like leaflets, leave behinds, social media posts, articles, display ad, Interactive Visual Aid, and Media Visual Aid.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Familiarity with regulatory standards in pharmaceutical communications.
• Experience in creating motion graphics using tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles for digital content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a creative role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
