About the Role:

As an agency Graphic Designer, you'll conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of creative assets for our diverse client portfolio. You'll work on projects across various industries and platforms, ensuring every design looks exceptional, communicates effectively, and achieves client marketing goals. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced agency setting.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Design Execution: Interpret client briefs to develop innovative visual concepts. Design a wide array of graphic materials for digital and print, including social media graphics, website banners, brand identities (logos, guidelines), marketing collateral (brochures, presentations), and emailers.

Creative Problem Solving: Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing visuals. Ensure all designs align with client brand guidelines, project objectives, and target audiences.

Software Proficiency: Expertly use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Stay updated with new software features and design best practices.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with clients, account managers, copywriters, and other team members. Present design concepts and rationale effectively, incorporating feedback constructively.

Quality & Project Management: Ensure all designs are high-quality, pixel-perfect, and delivered on time. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines inherent in an agency environment.
