The position is part-time and flexible, with regular collaboration required. The designer does not need to be based locally but should be available for consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Identity

Create and maintain a unified, upscale visual language for Kala Bahia.

Develop guidelines for consistency across digital and print media.

• Event Design

Produce event-specific artworks for Kala Bahai weekly events.

Deliver adaptable formats for flyers, posters, and event templates.

Design ad hoc posters for one-off events, like Christmas, New Years’, etc

• Digital Collaboration

Social Media Manager

Ensure the visual identity remains consistent across all channels.

• Creative Partnership

Work closely with the Kala Bahia team to interpret event concepts into compelling visual stories.

Contribute ideas to elevate the atmosphere and brand expression.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio in branding, event design, and social media graphics.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and atmosphere-driven design.
• Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality work across formats.
• Available for ongoing part-time collaboration, even if remote.
