Job Summary: We are seeking a creative, talented, and detail-oriented graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visual concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. They will work on various design projects, including branding, advertising, websites, print materials, and digital assets. Key Responsibilities: Develop visual concepts based on project requirements and target audience. Collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to create cohesive designs. Design layouts, graphics, and other visual elements for digital and print media. Ensure consistency of brand elements across all designs. Create and revise designs based on feedback from clients or team members. Prepare and present design mockups, prototypes, and final design files. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, design best practices, and new tools/software. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Prepare design files for production and work with printers or developers as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent design software. Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Experience in web design and knowledge of user interface (UI) principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and organizational skills. Portfolio showcasing a range of design work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with animation or motion graphics. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or web development principles. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
