Graphic Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of design aesthetics and the ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing and engaging designs that elevate the company’s brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for social media posts, property listings, brochures, flyers, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Design and adapt content for multiple platforms — including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and website banners.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to conceptualize campaigns that attract and engage property buyers and investors.
• Develop layouts and designs that maintain consistency with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance images, videos, and property renders for digital and print use.
• Support the marketing team during events, exhibitions, and roadshows with branding and promotional materials.
• Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Experience working in real estate, advertising, or a creative agency preferred.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and visual balance.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
