- Have strong motion and layout skills (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Can translate complex ideas — market trends, data, policy — into visuals that speak instantly.
- Understand hierarchy, balance, and brand tone — and know when to go minimal or cinematic.
- Are obsessed with visual consistency and can build templates that make the whole team faster.
