Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

• Create visually appealing and educationally sound graphics, illustrations, and layouts for curriculum materials.
• Develop infographics, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance learning and comprehension.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with curriculum developers, educators, and content experts to understand design requirements and educational objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.

• Consistency and Quality:

• Ensure all designs adhere to NatureNurtures brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Technology and Tools:

• Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and tools to produce high-quality graphics.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep the curriculum materials fresh and engaging.

• Achieve a 95% satisfaction rate from internal stakeholders and educators regarding the quality and effectiveness of designs.
