Graphic Designer

At NATHABIT we are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers and leaves to build personal care products for everyday use.

The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

Role: Graphic Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals and an eye for detail, with the ability to adapt master creatives across various formats and platforms while maintaining brand identity.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt master creatives into performance-friendly formats for

  Google

  and

  Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  .
• Ensure correct specifications, resolutions, and formats for each platform.
• Create high-quality adaptations for Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) including standees, danglers, posters, shelf strips, etc.
• Design and adapt packaging artworks and labels while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create final artwork files for

  print collaterals

  such as brochures, flyers, banners, and hoardings.
• Prepare

  print-ready files

  with accurate die-lines, bleeds, and color profiles.
• Perform

  basic image correction

  and color balancing when required.

Skills:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Illustrator

  and

  Adobe Photoshop

  .
• Good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines precisely.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with quick turnarounds.
• Familiarity with basic pre-press processes and print production.
• 25 years of relevant experience in a design or creative agency, or in-house brand team.
