Our platform charges companies ₹999 per project while ensuring sustainable relationships for freelancers. As we scale our ecosystem and expand Freelance First (our community-building initiative), we need a visual storyteller who can bring our brand to life.

The Role

We're seeking a creative powerhouse who excels at both graphic design and motion design. You'll shape Perhire's visual identity across all touchpoints—from social media and marketing collateral to explainer videos and product demos.

This isn't about executing someone else's vision. You'll be a key voice in how Perhire communicates with freelancers, clients, and the broader ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design:

• Create brand identity assets and marketing collateral that reflect our human-AI collaboration mission
• Design social media graphics optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Develop presentation decks, pitch materials, and investor-facing documents
• Design website assets, landing pages, and UI elements
• Create email templates, newsletters, and digital campaigns

Motion Design:

• Produce explainer videos that simplify our platform for both audiences
• Create animated social content (reels, stories, short-form video)
• Develop product demo videos showcasing features and user flows
• Design motion graphics for presentations, events, and webinars
• Create GIFs, micro-animations, and interactive web/mobile elements

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have:

• 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience with strong portfolio
• Proven expertise in motion graphics and animation (beyond basic transitions)
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
• Experience creating content for digital platforms (social, web, mobile)
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
• Portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion storytelling

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools
• 3D design capabilities (Cinema 4D, Blender)
• Video editing and post-production skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion-optimized design
• Startup or fast-paced agency experience
• Interest in AI, technology, and the future of work
