Graphic Designer — MNV Digital 📍 Hyderabad | 🏢 In-Office | 💼 Full-Time We're looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who blends sharp visual instincts with an appetite for AI-powered design tools. You’ll be shaping the creative identity of digital-first brands alongside a passionate team of marketers, copywriters, and strategists. 🔧 What You’ll Do: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and creative requirements Translate briefs into high-impact visual concepts and layouts Ideate and execute designs using both traditional and AI-driven tools Submit and refine rough layouts for internal or client approvals Leverage AI for image generation, automation, and design acceleration Work across various media—digital, print, motion graphics, and more Use photo manipulation, typography, illustration, and brand adaptation effectively Stay updated with design trends, new software (especially AI tools), and creative techniques Present final designs to clients and support feedback loops efficiently Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture 🧠 Skills You Need: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong understanding and hands-on use of AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Runway ML) Good grasp of layout principles, color theory, typography, and brand identity systems Experience with image editing, photo manipulation, and creative concepting Ability to think creatively and work independently or within a team Up-to-date with visual trends, pop culture, and design innovations Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, 3D design, or animation 📁 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing your design capabilities 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Want to help build India’s most agile creative agency?
