Head of Creative & Strategy

Role Purpose

To lead MNV’s creative and strategic output across all verticals, ensuring every campaign, brand deliverable, and IP reflects both innovation and market relevance. This role balances brand strategy (why we do it) and creative direction (how it looks and feels).

Salary:8-10LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop brand communication strategies for clients (tone, identity, positioning, messaging pillars).
• Research market, competitors, and trends to define differentiated positioning.
• Partner with BD to strengthen pitches with insight-led strategy.

2. Creative Leadership

• Drive ideation for campaigns, reels, carousels, shoots, IPs.
• Approve final concepts, scripts, and visual styles before client delivery.
• Push the creative bar higher while staying aligned with client’s commercial goals.

3. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Brand Managers & Ideation teams to ensure briefs are insight-driven.
• Partner with Design, Video, and Content Writing teams to execute cohesive campaigns.
• Align with Operations poc to ensure ideas are practical and deadlines are achievable.

4. Client-Facing Role

• Present strategies, campaign ideas, and brand narratives directly to clients.
• Act as a thought-leader in pitches to close high-value accounts.
• Build long-term client trust by showing the “why” behind creative work.

5. Internal Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor designers, writers, video editors, and content strategists to elevate creative quality.
• Establish creative review systems (first pass by vertical leads, final sign-off by Creative Head).
• Conduct workshops to keep the team sharp on trends, storytelling, and branding.

6. MNV IPs & Thought Leadership

• Shape and guide original IPs (Thrive, MNV Digital, Hyd Scenes, The MNv Show, peddapuli memes).
• Ensure all IPs reflect strong creative identity and unique market positioning.
• Build MNV’s reputation as a creative-first agency in Hyderabad and beyond.
