Responsibilities

• Develop impactful designs and oversee the entire creative process – from concept to final artwork – according to given guidelines
• Design all visual aspects of the

  Busch Group

  brands (“Busch Vacuum Solutions”, “Pfeiffer Vacuum + Fab Solutions”): from UX design for classic interfaces to motion graphics for video channels, as well as traditional print and editorial design – in line with brand specifications
• Maintain daily communication between the in-house design agency and local marketing teams across more than 40 subsidiaries worldwide
• Coordinate external service providers and creative partners
• Work in compliance with

  DIN EN ISO 9001

  standards and apply

  LEAN methodology

• Accurately document all completed work and design activities

Requirements

• Completed education in

  media design

  or a comparable qualification

• Creativity, a strong sense of style, and conceptual strength

  , even under tight deadlines

• Curiosity, sense of ownership, independence, and a hands-on mentality

• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud

  applications

• Very good command of English

  (spoken and written) – essential
• At least

  three years of experience

  in an agency or a comparable professional environment
• Willingness to take on additional tasks in line with qualifications and skills
