Key Responsibilities

• Design captivating visuals for branding, social media, and digital campaigns primarily using AI tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Pika Labs, etc.).
• Experiment with AI platforms to generate innovative concepts, including static visuals and video animations, refining outputs through creative prompting.
• Enhance AI-generated assets with minimal manual edits in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Figma for professional results
• Collaborate to transform ideas into compelling AI-driven visual stories.
• Stay ahead of AI design trends, adopting new tools and techniques to enhance workflows.
• Deliver designs that meet brand and project goals.

• AI Enthusiasm: Passionate about AI design tools, with a knack for crafting and refining AI-generated outputs for visuals and animations.
• Creative Mindset: Strong sense of aesthetics and storytelling to produce impactful AI-driven designs.
• Tool Proficiency: Skilled in AI platforms (MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, Pika Labs, etc.) and familiar with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Figma for light editing. AI-focused design experience is key.
• Agility Over Experience: Eager to master new AI workflows and tools. Years of experience not mandatory.
• Portfolio-Driven: A portfolio showcasing AI-based work (e.g., AI-generated visuals, videos, or branding) is essential.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the IT industry

Language Skills: Strong command of English

Nice to Haves

• Advanced skills in AI graphic tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly etc.) for high-quality static visuals.
• Expertise in AI video tools, including Pika Labs or Runway, for creating dynamic animations and cinematic content.
• Knowledge of emerging AI design tools to enhance graphic and video workflows.
