Lea designs timeless pieces with petite-friendly hemlines, curve-accentuating silhouettes, and a minimalistic color and print palette.

Role Description

As a Graphic Designer at Lea, you will play a key role in shaping the brand’s visual communication and storytelling across all digital channels. You’ll work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to create designs that are visually impactful, on-brand, and conversion-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• ● Create ad creatives, website banners, and emailers for campaigns and product launches.
• ● Design engaging social media posts, reels, and stories that align with the brand’s visual identity.
• ● Conceptualize and execute campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
• ● Design assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, ensuring platform-specific best practices.
• ● Maintain a cohesive brand language across all communication touchpoints.
• ● Work on both static and video/reel-based creative formats.
• ● Work closely with the Performance Marketing Team to ensure creative
• optimization based on campaign performance insights and feedback.

Required Skills

• ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects preferred).
• ● Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround projects.
• ● A good eye for layout, typography, and color composition.
• ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
