* MIT ID / Other recognized design schools

*Skills Required:*

1. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and Figma.

2. Strong creativity, visual imagination, and attention to detail.

3. Good understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.

4. Ability to translate ideas into engaging digital and print visuals.

5. Effective communication, teamwork, and adaptability to feedback.

6. Strong time management and multitasking skills to meet deadlines.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Create marketing designs – social media posts, packaging, brochures, banners, and ads.

2. Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.

3. Collaborate effectively with marketing, content, and product teams.

4. Manage multiple design projects and deliver high-quality work on time.

5. Use Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to produce original, creative assets.

6. Ensure designs meet brand standards and receive positive team feedback.
