Job Description: Graphic Designer – Social Media Specialist

Location: Mumbai
Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer (GD) with hands-on experience in designing social media posts and expertise in using digital tools for visual content creation. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the social media and content teams to build engaging, on-brand graphics that captivate audiences across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design eye-catching visuals, posts, and stories for various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)

· Interpret briefs and develop creative concepts in line with brand guidelines and digital strategies

· Work closely with content and marketing teams to produce graphics for campaign launches, brand building, and audience engagement

· Use social media design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and others to deliver high-quality assets

· Collaborate on video editing and basic animation for reels and stories

· Stay updated on current design trends, platform requirements, and best practices for social media engagement

· Ensure all creatives meet platform-specific dimensions, quality criteria, and deadlines

Requirements:

· 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer focused on social media content creation

· Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools

· Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills

· Portfolio showcasing relevant work for social media

· Ability to handle multiple briefs and work in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency

· Good communication and teamwork skills

Bonus:

· Experience with social media management and analytics tools

· Basic copywriting or video editing skills
