What You’ll Do:

🎯 Visual Storytelling – Create compelling visual assets across digital campaigns, product communication, social media, and brand collaterals.

🎯 Brand Ownership – Evolve and maintain brand consistency across all design touchpoints.

🎯 Campaign Design – Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to design creatives that convert – for both performance and brand.

🎯 Motion & Digital First – Conceptualize graphics for digital platforms including short videos, reels, carousels, banners, and ads.

🎯 Creative Ideation – Participate in brainstorms for product launches, influencer campaigns, and festive creatives.

🎯 Agency-Level Craftsmanship – Design with the sharpness, originality, and pace of top-tier creative agencies.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 5+ years of hands-on design experience, ideally in advertising, digital media, or content-first brand

s✔️ Portfolio that showcases creative range: social media campaigns, ad creatives, branding, motion graphics, and mo

re✔️ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Fi

gma✔️ A strong eye for aesthetics, visual hierarchy, typography, and c

olor✔️ Ability to translate creative briefs into impactful, scroll-stopping de

signs✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup envir
