Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Location: Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong visual sense, understands branding, and can translate ideas into impactful designs across digital and print platforms. Key Responsibilities: Create visually compelling designs for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, presentations, and print materials Develop brand-consistent creatives including logos, banners, posters, packaging, brochures, and ads Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to understand briefs and deliver creative solutions Adapt and resize designs for multiple formats and platforms Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all creatives Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field 1–4 years of relevant graphic design experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition Ability to conceptualize ideas and execute independently Good communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, or basic motion graphics Knowledge of social media creatives and digital marketing formats Understanding of branding, packaging, or D2C design Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles Experience working in startups or fast-paced environments What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on high-impact brands and projects Creative freedom and ownership Collaborative and growth-oriented work culture Learning and upskilling opportunities
