Design and develop creative materials including posters, brochures, social media creatives, brand collaterals, and other marketing assets.
Collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to maintain brand consistency across all designs.
Conceptualize and curate campaign visuals that effectively communicate the company’s message and enhance brand presence.
Ensure high attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in every design output.
Keep up-to-date with design trends, color schemes, and typography standards to bring innovation to visual communication.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within set timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, printers, and other creative professionals as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
Excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.
Strong understanding of brand design, layout principles, and campaign design strategy.
Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and visual communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing (added advantage).
Experience designing for both digital and print media.
Strong communication, presentation, and time management abilities.
